How often will you visit our site?
As often as you need: multiple visits per night, nightly, weekends only, or alarm-response only. We’ll recommend a frequency based on your risk and budget.
What happens when our alarm goes off?
Our operations centre dispatches the nearest patrol, the officer attends and inspects inside and out, deals with the cause if possible, resets the system and reports back to you — so you don’t have to attend at 3am.
How do we know you actually attended?
GPS tracking, time-stamped visit logs and photo reports for every inspection. You’ll have the full record.
Can you do lock-ups and unlocks?
Yes — scheduled open and close services with full checks of doors, windows, gates and alarm arming, confirmed in the daily report.
